Cycle racks at MK Central - police jurisdiction

This is going to sound an odd question - but it relates to cycle insurance which I am looking to take out.

Does anyone know if the cycle racks at MKC are under the jurisdiction of the British Transport Police or of Thames Valley Police?

The reason for asking is that most cycle insurance seems to only cover a cycle left unattended for over 12 hours if left at a station, and the definition of this is that it is under the jurisdiction of BTP rather than the regular police.
